The trailer was very clean and stocked with the camping essentials. Loved the queen size bed with access to both sides! We had changes to our itinerary and issues in renting a truck. Jose was accommodating with all these changes and provided me with his impact wrench to make hitch adjustments. Jose addressed all our questions. We had a great time traveling to see beautiful waterfalls in West Virginia and family in Ohio.

We had the best experience renting this camper van. This was my first time driving/renting a van, and now it’s going to be how we adventure every year. Julian was dedicated to insuring that our trip was easy and fun. He answered all of my questions almost instantly, and made the trip such a delight. The van was equipped with everything we needed, including camping chairs, broom, pillows, blankets, cups and cutlery. We greatly appreciated the personalized service, and we can’t wait to create more unforgettable memories in this van again.
