The communication from Steve was off the charts and unexpected. We were newbies when it came to using a motorcoach and Steve encouraged us to reach out to him as much as we wanted to. He was there to answer every single question instantly and provided the guidance to make our family trip wonderful.The rv is spacious with the 3 slide outs. It has everything you need for upscale camping. Steve is as the top of the game for keeping the rv updated and serviced properly.

We had a last minute cancellation from one of your host, Francisco Robillard, even though we had made reservations months in advance. His trailer was lacking the black/gray hoses and adapters for waste disposals, and the tanks were 3/4 full. The water hose was broken and the tool for raising the level jacks was missing. When we reach him by text and explained the situation, he cancelled even though we already had the RV. Had to pack up and return the RV right away. Imagine how frustrated and sad we were by this. We had planned this adventure with family and friends months ago, and he decided to do this. He told us we were not ready for his RV, he surely doesn't know how to take care of the RV himself. I'm an Eagle Scout and Scoutmaster for over 20 years. You can imagine my experience with RV and trailing.On my way back to return the RV, we were contacted by your concierge service. They hook us up with Rick and Natasha at Fireside. Even though it was late that Friday, they took us in and rented us a great trailer, in great conditions with all its amenities. Rick went through the whole trailer and explained in great detail. The return was a breeze. We are so glad that Fireside helped us gain our weekend back. Highly recommend their services.
