The host is very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed. The RV has definitely been used, and it shows but the appliances appeared to work and the truck itself presented no major issues. There were a couple of hiccups we experienced when we picked up the vehicle, which is why I am not giving the rental experience 5 stars. First, the pickup address that was provided on outdoorsy was 15 minutes away from the actual pickup address, which we did not find out until we were at the wrong address. Second, there was an awful sewage smell from the shower drain that permeated the RV when we started driving it. Turns out that we needed to flush out the p traps and pick up some scent pods from Walmart to clear the smell. We decided not to use the bathroom at all, but the instructions Kyle provided ended up working on the smell. Overall, I think it was a good experience and I would consider renting from Kyle again.

This RV was just perfect for us for a long weekend with friends. We brought our dog and my son loved his bunk! It was completely set up when we arrived and Erik was great at communicating with me. Unfortunately our weekend was filled with rain so we spent a lot of time inside and it was not too cramped for us to do this.

The RV was amazing as well as the host! We were stationary. They came set up and made sure we had everything we needed. Amy Mccarthy was a great host. Super comfortable beds and a very nice RV. I would rent from them again!
