The RV worked out great. Pick up and return was easy. The weather and other issues totally destroyed our 1st experience using Outdoorsy though. No fault of Outdoorsy or the RV owner. Our trip had to be cut a day short because of bad storms in Houston and we were kicked out of our BBQ space by the U of H Police. We were competing in a cook-off at the University of Houston for an event they call Frontier Fiesta. A giant storm hit around noon on that Saturday and they shut down all the generators and kicked us off campus.

Seriously, one of the best rentals for anything that I have ever experienced. We had several questions and needs before the camper arrived and the communication was outstanding. Very prompt and thorough. The camper arrived a little early and when we arrived to the campsite, it was set up perfectly. My wife and I thought it was a brand new rental with how clean it was. The people that rented it to us thought of everything inside the camper as well. We really only needed clothes and our own personal snacks for our trip. They had everything else. We had a couple of questions on how to operate things while we were there and they continued to be very prompt with answers. Even called them late one evening and they walked us through a couple of things on the phone. We will definitely be renting from these people again.

I very much appreciated the hosts being flexible on the pick-up time. This was the first experience towing with my new truck.
The Host walked me around the RV explaining the various features and functions. He even connected the RV to my truck and explained how the additional hitch bars worked. We shared some RVing/Camping stories and experiences.
The RV performed as expected. It was easy to handle on the road and setting up at the RV was easy at the RV Camp destination. I was pleasantly surprised how roomy the rig felt during my stay.
All in all, I learned a lot both from the hosts and the entire experience which was important to me as I plan to purchase my own rig in the future.
