The trailer was awesome--perfect for our two kids and us. It was modern and clean, and had all the connectors and hoses and cords you needed for campsite hookups. Matt, the owner, was very quick to reply to my questions beforehand and did a great job showing me how the trailer worked upon pickup. We had some truck troubles once at the campsite, so Matt came and picked it up with very short notice when we were done, and charged us a fair portion of the pickup/dropoff fee. We were very happy with the experience and would rent this rig from Matt again!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience renting from Jason. Communication was effortless, he responds quickly, clearly, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. His Sprinter is in excellent condition, and my clients were extremely satisfied with the comfort and quality throughout the trip. I really appreciate the availability of a light camper in the greater Austin area. This trailer was accurately listed with the overall weight and tonight weight to help me ensure a good fit for my vehicle (this is not the case with many other listings on Outdoorsy, and don't trust the AI compatibility thing yet - needs refinement). Jeff's trailer was well stocked with dishes, knives, paper towels, cleaning products, and more. The only cooking items of my own I used were my little cast iron skillet and the water pot I use for my French press (he does have a coffee maker already in the trailer, so this was my preference). The bedding was nice, comfy, and clean. The towel storage was so smart and out of the way. I love all the cute customizations, really enhanced the environment when we were inside. He also has everything you need for a seamless hookup - a couple of hoses + filter, the tank emptying implements, leveling aids. This was our smoothest trailer rental to date and I'd absolutely rent from Jeff in the future.
