The RV was clean and as pictured. We had an issue with the water pressure, the vent fan above the stove and we never got the code for the radio to be able to use it in Bluetooth mode. Other than that everything about the RV was as described. The only reason for my 4 star rating pertains to the add on we did for them to take it into Bonnaroo music festival and set it up. We were prepared to wait but didn’t expect it to be over 3 hours and I kind of felt like once it started taking too long they were avoiding us rather than just being straight up with us. It was kind of chaotic and unorganized once we got there too, the guy pulling it in wasn’t sure what passes we needed for him to get in and was just kind of hoping for the best??? Which if you’ve ever been to a music festival that big you understand why “hoping for the best” doesn’t cut it after months of careful planning and coordination. Long story short just don’t add on the drop off / pick up to your trip and save yourself the trouble if you can towing it in yourself.
