3.5The ease of having the trailer setup when we got there was amazing. The down side is we had to call someone to come out and fix the sewer lines due to the fowl smell being in the trailer. The floors were dirty when we received the unit, we had to sweep and clean prior to starting our vacation. Finally the fowl sewer smell was constantly coming back....

5.0I can't say enough good things! Not only was it there before we got there, but they had the AC running, which was a nice surprise coming in from Florida heat. RV was immaculate except for normal wear and tear, but nothing that affected my trip or anything you would notice if not looking. Communication was amazing, and we are definitely looking forward to using them again on our next trip.
