It was a very nice RV with plenty of space. The floors could probably use a good scrubbing but when I reached out about needing a mop, they were able to get one delivered. From the moment I booked to my last day, I had great communication with Kym and others from Escape. When I had a question, someone was able to provide an answer in a reasonable amount of time. With it being my first time staying in an RV, I learned a couple of things and will definitely be ready to handle another rental and would definitely rebook through Escape.

The rental went seamless. It was nice just showing up and not having to get anything ready. The RV itself was heavily warn. The back couch was pealing so bad we had to put a blanket over it. anytime you walked by the peeling would fall off. Half a door jam was missing/off and the middle shower door was missing rollers and had to be lifted to move it on the track. Even with all of that I rate it 5 stars had a great experience. it was clean and had plenty of space.

Great communication and kindness by company even when problems arose.
Very helpful and quick responses when needed. Clean RV as well. We have used Escape RV rental before and will continue to use company in the future.

The RV is not very well maintained. Most cabinet doors are broken. Black tank sensor read full the whole time. The half bath head had a terrible smell when we checked in. The sink in the half bath leaked the whole time. Check out instructions said to sweep and swiffer before check out but there were no swiffer cloths in the camper. Escapee RV was responsive when we called about the black tank and came and flushed tanks to make sure there wasn’t an issue there.

The guys were pleasant, polite and helpful. I should have asked to be shown how to use the propane as the stove did not work over the weekend (We only tried to use it Sunday)

the RV was very nice, large, had everything we needed. It was overall surface clean when we walked in but was pretty dirty once we started looking around. we had to clean the trailer before we could even unpack everything. our feet were brown after walking on the floors.
great amenities with the unit and had all we needed as to towels, kitchen supplies etc.
beds were not all to comfy, the pull out couches do not even really lay flat, they were not so great. the master bed could also be much better for this rental price, it felt like a big mattress topper with no support underneath.

We got a super cool RV, and it was very clean, and everything worked. We had a small issue with the LP gas, but I called and they sent someone out right away to fix it. I would highly recommend Escape RV.

Not having the RV at our site when we arrived was a little disappointment. It is almost like not have a reserved room ready for you at a hotel and have to wait. But, I can say the wait was worth it. The RV was stocked with all utensils, cups, plates, etc. that we needed. Jerimiah was great at placing the trailer where we needed it to be. It was a nice comforting feeling with rain in the area we were covered in the RV. It was our 1st, but not our last experience renting an RV. Thank you Brent and the Escape Rental team for a pleasurable experience.

We rented the “cabin” for 10’days at Fort Wilderness. We loved that we were able to vacation with our dogs. The cabin was amazing, had everything we needed. The staff that came and assisted with questions and issue were amazing. As first time RV’ers we had the next experience and would recommend to anyone. It’s was a magical experience
