David was an awesome host and tipped us off to some good spots in the area we were visiting as well as giving a good orientation to the vehicle before we left. The RigVeda was easy enough to handle once we got used to it. Due to the solar panels, we had plenty of power for heat, refrigeration and charging the whole trip. The van is well insulated; we were often toasty at night even without the heater on. My main complaint was just that the bed was pretty thin and I found it rough to sleep on. There were a few other issues that we mitigated in various ways like dim headlights (we just avoided driving at night) and some shifting around of items while in motion (we had to rearrange the jack a few times before we found a good configuration). Other than that, we had an excellent trip! David was super friendly and easy to coordinate with for pick up and return.

The host was accommodating and professional. Outdoorsy is a professional organization and fairly easy to deal with. The host did list the daily mileage maximum but, I failed to see it. If I had realized we were only allowed 150 free miles per day, I would not have rented the RV. The use limits need to be listed in a fashion where renters are fully aware.

Rob was great, easy to communicate & coordinate. The trailer was comfy for my 2 boys & I. Rob had it well stocked if we needed anything. Will rent from again.
