Nathaniel is a very wonderful host. We rent the rv for our time in Oregon when we come to visit our family, Nathaniel brings the trailer to her property and sets it up for us. It was cozy for sleeping and had no issues driving it.Lina was quick to respond before I left for my trip. When I was in spotty service, I couldn’t access the internet to contact Lina - so I don’t blame Lina but I wish these issues were handled before I picked up the van and left to a place with limited access to society.There were a few things I wished worked - fan on top of the van (it was hot in the van during the day without it), the back doors handles were completely broken off (so limited airflow) & the fairy lights (I was in complete darkness when the sun went down and only packed two flashlights).I also wished I was told this before - there were no clear instructions that I needed to fill the water tank or if the water tank was going to be filled for me. So I couldn’t use the sink and the handy hand pump. I packed water but for only enough for drinking/food prep.Overall this is a great van and it had so much potential to be better. I would rent again if everything that was supposed to work actually worked.

Kristen was a wonderful host and very responsive anytime we had questions. Her van has an exceptional built out and really felt comfortable during our trip. Huge bed, many kitchen amenities and lots of storage. We felt like we had the best set up every time we pulled in a campground. We will be going back to Kristen for future rentals without question!
