Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim. The RV was clean and as pictured. We had an issue with the water pressure, the vent fan above the stove and we never got the code for the radio to be able to use it in Bluetooth mode. Other than that everything about the RV was as described. The only reason for my 4 star rating pertains to the add on we did for them to take it into Bonnaroo music festival and set it up. We were prepared to wait but didn’t expect it to be over 3 hours and I kind of felt like once it started taking too long they were avoiding us rather than just being straight up with us. It was kind of chaotic and unorganized once we got there too, the guy pulling it in wasn’t sure what passes we needed for him to get in and was just kind of hoping for the best??? Which if you’ve ever been to a music festival that big you understand why “hoping for the best” doesn’t cut it after months of careful planning and coordination. Long story short just don’t add on the drop off / pick up to your trip and save yourself the trouble if you can towing it in yourself.

We are sorry for the long wait times to enter the Bonnaroo Festival but as we explained and warned each renter as they arrived at our staging lot the drivers were experiencing sitting in line 2-5 hours to enter. We never avoided you but simply had multiple renters here at one time we were trying to assist. I made you aware of updates as I received them. At one point I even asked since you had a truck were you comfortable to pulling the unit in yourself to which you stated No you and your partner were not comfortable towing the unit in the traffic. Once a driver became available, we got you in line along with 2 other renters that had been waiting as well. You did sit in line on the interstate for a period of time and then another driver came out and was able to direct your assigned to another entrance that had shorter wait times. 80,000 people trying to enter a 500-acre farm with limited access is a challenge. Our driver was provided an armband for his entrance to the festival. The water pressure was controlled by the water pump being turned on and as for the code I was never made aware you did not have it. That would have been 0000 which is factory standard. I have multiple text messages from you that never included the water pressure, code or fan above the stove issues. We strive very hard to address each renter to our very best ability. The festival being cancelled due to weather conditions after your arrival was very unfortunate and certainly did discourage a lot of festival attendants.
