Fireside RV Rental was helpful every step of the way. We rented a trailer for the Snow Bull trail run at Camp Chet. Joel helped us get exactly what we needed, and we had a great weekend. The trailer was clean and in good shape. I highly recommend this business.

We rented a unit from Monica Maldonado in St. Augustine for a trip to Gatlinburg, TN. Monica was awesome in helping us select the right unit and made the entire experience not only professional and expedient, but a real pleasure. She stayed available throughout our trip in the event that we needed any assistance or had questions but her initial orientation was so thorough that no help was needed. We knew everything we needed to know and she had taken us out for a practice drive as well. All in all, if I could give more than five stars, they would be deserved and given! THANKS MONICA!!!

Van didn't start in 36F weather. Wipers didn't work well and were tearing apart.

We’ve also noted your concerns about the wipers and have addressed it. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Outdoorsy assessed a $150 "prep fee" that was to ensure the RV was sanitized before rental. It was not. The camper was filthy. Also, the listing said the camper had a bathroom sink. It did not. In communicating with the host before pickup, I asked what kind of hitch I needed to tow the trailer. I was told all towing equipment would be provided. Got there for pickup, and they did not have a hitch. Had to wait 45 minutes while they found one. Will not use Outdoorsy again.
