Owner was quick to respond leading up to the pick up. Very helpful going over all the features of the RV. I did have some issues but chalk them up to operator error. The A/C when plugged in at the campsite is more than efficient. Practically froze us out until we finally got up to change the temp. And the mattress was impeccable

Kristina and her husband were great hosts. It was our first time renting an RV and we didn't know anything about them or camping for that matter. Upon receiving the RV they took time to get us acquainted with their RV, give us tips and before that trip, told us everything we would need to ensure we had a comfortable trip with our kids. The RV looked exactly like the pictures and the bed was very comfortable. We had our 2 toddlers and they were happy as clams sitting in their car seats watching movies during the drive, probably the best road trip yet with them lol. We had a few hiccups like that coffee maker not working but we honestly couldn't tell if that was user error or not. They were very flexible with us on return time and even when we came back much later than expected, they were very gracious about it. I would recommend them as hosts to anyone!
