This RV is like a super cozy hotel room on wheels!It's perfect for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 kids who can sleep on the pull out couch. The bedroom has a queen size bed and lots of storage, plus a sliding door to separate it from the living room/kitchen.The couch is large with a lounge for watching movies on the TV which has Hdmi hookups to connect your streaming device, plus outside speakers under the awning.The bathroom is one of the largest you can get in an RV with a spacious shower and sliding door to the living area.There's tons of storage space, it's super easy to tow unless you want us to deliver and set it up for you!You also have the option of the full size table or there's 2 little "tv dinner" tables for a couple instead.This little trailer is surprisingly spacious and you'll feel right at home.We include dishes and cookware, cleaning supplies, paper towel and toilet paper. Let us know if you'd like to add on linens for the bed and pull-out couch, plus bath towels or prefer to bring your own!

Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim.
