Orillia hikers love to trek the Scout Valley Loop Trail. Once an old Scout Camp, Scout Valley has been refurbished into a 93-hectare nature park with three walking trails. Hikers can enter all three trails separately from three different parking lots. The terrain is classified as hilly and of moderate difficulty, and the landscape is covered in hardwood brush and white pine trees. The wooded paths are good for hiking, walking, or snowshoeing.
