Justin was great in communication, always available for any questions. He was super flexible with pick up and drop off timings. He also took care of emptying the black water for us upon return. The only small issue we had was that we ran out of fresh water due to smaller capacity tank in the RV but he assured it’s on his list of upgrades and will be done soon ! I recommend his RV. We enjoyed it :)

I had never rented a camper van or dealt with Outdoorsy prior to my trip so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But it was a pleasure dealing with Hans who made pick up & drop off very easy. He explained everything about the vehicle which was spotlessly clean and in perfect working condition. I drove several hundred km/day and had no issues. I felt very safe driving it.
Hans answered all my questions very promptly and I would rent from him again and highly recommend to anyone wanting to rent a RV/Camper Van.

All the 5 star reviews are warranted. Rented the van in the winter months and had some challenges due to extremely cold weather. Hans was there every step of the way. This was my first camper van experience and it was perfect. Loved that it was only 18’ - you can park it anywhere.
