After a slight complication with the unit beyond their control our host was nothing but accommodating and helpful. He handled the situation professionally and we had a wonderful trip. The unit was extremely clean and I was very pleased with our decision to have it delivered and set up for us. Thanks again for making sure we had a great vacation and making sure we had A/C

Confusing advertising said it had linens, everything you need, so we ended up with no sheets or blankets
And got charged for a blind that was broken that we did not use… Guessing it was like that when we came so take lots of pictures

I already did this however, I will leave my review again. My trip was great. Viktoria who I rented ftom was kind and showed us everything we needed to know. The trailer I rented was clean and very nice. I would rent it again. There was only one problem, I had to leave my towing hitch attached to the trailer because it was stuck on there we could not get it to release. The gentleman helping me said the latch may be rusted and won't release. I don't know but we could not get it off. I messaged Viktoria but did not hear back. I lost a 3 ball hitch. Hopefully I can get it at some point, when I rent the trailer again. Viktoria was not at the drop off for the trailer.
