While we had a fabulous holiday touring BC and Alberta in Zhan's RV, we could not recommend it until several serious deficiencies are rectified.
- The external water connection leaked badly and filling the water tank was a constant annoyance, despite us changing the hose fitting as advised. This leak also meant we could not connect water directly in an RV park.
- The indicator lights for the level in the grey and black water waste tanks were completely inaccurate, making it impossible to estimate when they needed to be emptied, risking overflow.

Zhan, our RV rental contact, went above and beyond to provide us with a friendly and attentive experience. Right from the beginning, even before we picked up the RV, he was incredibly communicative and helpful. His willingness to assist us in any way possible gave us a great sense of reassurance.
