While we had a fabulous holiday touring BC and Alberta in Zhan's RV, we could not recommend it until several serious deficiencies are rectified.
- The external water connection leaked badly and filling the water tank was a constant annoyance, despite us changing the hose fitting as advised. This leak also meant we could not connect water directly in an RV park.
- The indicator lights for the level in the grey and black water waste tanks were completely inaccurate, making it impossible to estimate when they needed to be emptied, risking overflow.As we spent a lot of the trip in remote campgrounds without services, these plumbing issues had a bigger impact than if we had been in serviced parks.
Zhan has acknowledged the issues, and promises to fix them, but they did have an unexpected adverse impact on our trip.We enjoyed the RV apart from some other annoyances like inadequate bedding, and a noisy generator and heater, plus some items needing maintenance.
The lack of a handover/user manual meant we did not appreciate the full workings of the RV, and we discovered how things worked along the way.The RV does drive very well, and the full size fridge is very good.Overall a great trip, let down by the issues above.

Zhan, our RV rental contact, went above and beyond to provide us with a friendly and attentive experience. Right from the beginning, even before we picked up the RV, he was incredibly communicative and helpful. His willingness to assist us in any way possible gave us a great sense of reassurance.On the day of the RV delivery, Zhan took the time to patiently guide us through the entire vehicle. As a first-time RV driver, I had some initial concerns, but Zhan's thorough explanation and hands-on demonstration helped me feel confident and at ease. It was evident that he genuinely cared about our safety and enjoyment throughout the trip.Speaking of the trip, it was an absolute delight! The RV itself was incredibly comfortable, accommodating three adults and even our beloved senior cat. We were pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained and fully functional everything was inside the RV. It was clear that Zhan took great care in ensuring that all the amenities were in excellent condition for our journey. Not only that, but the vehicle was impeccably clean, with no lingering odors or traces of previous cooking.One of the standout features of the RV was the rearview camera, which made backing up into tight camp spots a breeze. This added safety measure provided us with peace of mind and simplified the entire parking process.Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend Zhan and his RV for your trip. His friendly demeanor, proactive communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction made our experience truly outstanding. If you're looking for a reliable and comfortable RV rental, you can't go wrong with Zhan.
