Stay in a beautifully equipped RV where you can takeoff on a trail ride by horse or ATV. - PET RULES - $100 ($50 for each additional pet) Non refundable pet fee must be purchased. No pets over 100lbs. If pet fee is not purchased, and there is a pet, deposit will not be returned. If pet causes damage to RV and /or urinates and/or defecates, all or some of deposit may not be returned.
- Only flush RV toilet paper down toilet. No wipe, feminine products, trash, Nothing except RV toilet paper.
- Do not overflow black and gray tanks. Excessive toilet and shower use will result in this expensive fix. This camper is rated for 8 people and that means the water and bathroom use as well.
- Empty all trash cans in dumpsters.
- Do not leave trash in or around camp RV site.
- Wash and put away where you found any dishes used.
- Put dirty towels and sheets in laundry bag or on ground. Beds not slept in please leave made.
- Keep RV swept to keep dirt down.
- If windy keep awning closed, it will be damaged.
- This is our personal RV, please keep it clean and treat it with respect.

5.0Shelly was amazing the entire time from booking to communicating throughout the trip! She made it clear that at time, if we needed anything do not hesitate to let her know! The trailer was amazing filled with all the amenities! Would definitely book again!

1.0Don’t rent this trailer in the summer if you want to sleep in comfortable temperatures. AC unit is not equipped to cool the trailer in the heat. Trailer would not cool below 90 degrees. The owner rented to us knowing that it would have a hard time cooling in the hot temperatures. Worst experience ever and cost a fortune. Do yourself a favor and find a different trailer to rent. It will save your money and your vacation. Thanks to this horrible experience my summer vacation was a bust.

5.0Trailer was delivered to our spot on Schedule. It was really clean, full of supplies and she hooked everything up for us. Easily fit our family if 4 and the beds were comfortable. I’ll definitely book again if we ever go back to the Yuma area.
