Gave us a full run down of how things work, what to do in what order, and offered us a ton of extra info about camping with RVs. Returned messages quickly, and was always polite and knowledgeable. RV was packed with everything you'd need and had extra features that definitely came in handy. Definitely will be renting again from Steven!
