You’re in luck—The Cozy Sunset Retreat is a like-new 37’ 2021 Sunset Trail camper that’s delivered and fully set up for you. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxing getaway. With space to sleep 7-8 people comfortably, you just book your power and water campsite, and we’ll take care of the rest.Delivery is included with every rental—we serve Allatoona Campgrounds, plus select areas in Woodstock, Kennesaw, Acworth, and Cartersville. Just share your campground reservation details, and we’ll coordinate smooth drop-off and pickup. All we ask is a little flexibility with timing so we can best align with your schedule.Inside, the camper feels both spacious and cozy with thoughtful design throughout. The private king bedroom includes a walk-through full bathroom that connects to the main living area. In the back, the bunkhouse sleeps 4–5 people, has a comfy futon, and includes its own half bath. For added convenience, both the main living space and the half bath have separate exterior doors. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing off before heading inside after swimming or playing.The heart of the living area includes a two-seater theater-style reclining couch, a TV, and an electric fireplace—a perfect space to unwind after a day of fun. There’s plenty of storage throughout the camper, including a large pantry in the kitchen, cabinets, drawers, and closet space for clothes, linens, and personal items.The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for your stay. It features a center island, large refrigerator, stainless steel sink, microwave, and stove. To make things even easier, we also provide an electric skillet, crockpot, and waffle maker—perfect for easy breakfasts or one-pot dinners. Outside, the outdoor kitchen includes a mini fridge and grill, so you can cook and enjoy meals under the power patio awning with LED lights.To help you settle in comfortably, we’ve stocked the camper with all the essentials. You’ll have dishes, silverware, dish towels, bath towels, an electric skillet, crockpot, waffle maker, coffee maker, dish soap, sponges, RV-safe toilet paper, and clean bed linens for all sleeping areas. We also include two table covers for outdoor picnic tables and outdoor mats at both doors to help keep things clean. • No pets are allowed inside the camper at any time.
• Do not flush feminine products, wipes, diapers, paper towels, or anything other than RV-safe toilet paper in the toilet. These items can cause serious damage and may result in costly repairs.
• During severe weather, the awning must be brought in as it is not designed for high winds.
• Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be billed accordingly. Your security deposit will be held if damage is found, and additional charges may apply if repair costs exceed the deposit amount.
• Please use the outdoor mats provided at each entry to help keep the camper clean.
• All used dishes, appliances, and cookware must be cleaned before checkout.
