• 🚐 Driving & Safety Only approved, licensed drivers may operate the motorhome. Maximum 6 passengers; everyone must wear a seatbelt while moving. Obey all traffic laws and speed limits. No reckless driving, racing, off-road driving, or driving on roads unsuitable for the vehicle. No driving under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, or impairing medications. Be mindful of the vehicle's height and width, especially in parking structures and tight spaces. • 🚭 No Smoking Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the motorhome. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping products. Smoke-related odors, burns, or damage will result in additional charges. • 🐾 No Pets Pets are not permitted inside or during the rental. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning or remediation charges. • 🎪 No Festivals or Large Events No festivals, concerts, tailgating, or large-scale events without prior written approval. This policy protects the vehicle from excessive wear, damage, and overcrowding. • 🏕️ Camping & Care Treat the motorhome respectfully and follow all campground, park, and local regulations. The rooftop pop-up must be lowered and secured before driving. No climbing on the roof except as specifically instructed. Keep wet, muddy, or excessively dirty gear out of the living area when possible. Never leave cooking appliances unattended. No permanent adhesives, nails, screws, or modifications. Report accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately. • 🛁 Bathroom & Plumbing Toilet-safe waste only—no wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other non-flushable items. Use approved dump stations and follow provided instructions for all water and waste systems. • 🧹 Return Remove personal belongings, food, and trash. Clean dishes and return equipment to its proper location. Empty tanks and refuel as required by the rental agreement. Return all keys and included equipment.
