And section 17 of the Outdoorsy contract states that "At the time of return, Rental must be returned cleaned to the same condition or better than when picked up."

On top of the Outdoorsy fee schedule outlined in the contract, here are the owner-set fee schedules (some are add-ons the renter can pre-pay). 1. Rental interior is returned dirty: $250. 2. Rental exterior is returned dirty: $150. 3. Rental tanks are not emptied: $195. 4. Propane tank is not returned full: $60. 5. Gas tank is not returned full: $60. 6.
