Every employee we came into contact with, we found to be professional, courteous, and very helpful. This was our first time renting an RV and by the time we drove off the lot, we felt very confident, thanks to everyone there.

I understand that these things are put together with bubble gum but If you asked me what year the unit was after I took my trip I would have guessed 2016. The fridge quit working for 2 days which caused everything to ruin, the twist locks outside on the storage doors spun and didn't stop at the locking point, the bed over the cab there was a dip in the middle as if a 300 pound person had been sleeping on it for a year or 2, the ac didn't cool in the rear even with the front vent closed, the door on the camper part sounded like it wasn't closed with wind whistling and screen door banging, why wouldn't there be a "miles to empty" on the gauges? that's crazy for a 2020. Probably the only thing really "high tech" was the microwave which it would have been nice to have some instructions for because it was almost impossible to figure out. Another crazy item and not one that really affected me but on that model if you are in the bedroom and you shut the sliding door to section off the bed and bathroom from the rest of the unit you can not get into the toilet area because trying to open that door there isnt enough room. its crazy but someone should have made the bathroom door swing the opposite way
