If any additional cleaning is required an additional cleaning fee will be charged. If you are picking it up from me instead of setting-up and tearing down then and there, I have created an instructional video and typed out instructions on how to set-up and tear down. The necessary paperwork will still be completed upon pick-up and will notate any damages I am aware of. Any additional damaged incurred, that were not reported, will be assumed that the renter has caused these damages and will be handled accordingly.I am looking forward to hearing about your next adventure!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Watch the video we send you that goes over setup and tear down of the RV. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you the link. It’s about 16 minutes long, so it goes over everything in depth. If you have questions the video doesn’t answer, please ask!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible in regards to timing for picking up and returning our RV. Just ask us what you need, and as long as it’s reasonable and fits in our schedule, we’ll make it work!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The video goes over this, however, you should know that there is no toilet or black tank on this RV, so dumping that is not an issue. There is also no grey tank. There is a kitchen sink, and it does drain, and we have a hose and setup for that specifically for this trailer. We offer a grey water tote as an add on should you feel it necessary. Again, if you have questions, please ask!

Does this RV have A/C?
A.
Yes! It has a ceiling A/C unit like most other RVs have, and it works beautifully. We live in central Texas, so A/C is an absolute MUST!
