Come and explore The Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem (GYE). It is the largest intact temperate ecosystem in the world, spanning parts of Yellowstone National Park and surrounding lands, and is characterized by its geothermal features, volcanic history, and rich biodiversity. The GYE hosts significant populations of bison, elk, wolves, and grizzly bears and is home to geysers, hot springs, forests, lakes, and sagebrush steppe. Grand Teton National Park is it's southern neighbor where you will embark on an adventure like no other you have had before. I suggest touring in May or September as the crowds are not quite as intense. Go Idaho! Go Montana! We are in the middle of an exciting range of places to visit via the Thor Scope 18M, the options are made from your imagination. What's included• 2 camp chairs, camp table and outdoor matt. Small Outdoor BBQ and luggage rack to store your gear are also available.RecommendationsThere are some great hiking trails in Grand Teton NP, I would suggest staying on the less strenuous trails like Jenny Lake loop or Taggart Lake Trail until you acclimate to the elevation. Trail guides and expert advice are located at Craig Thomas Discovery & Visitor Center in GTNP. There are similar resources in Yellowstone and Glacier NP where you can find information about guided trips on the Snake River, Gallatin River, Yellowstone River, Madison River and many more.

So many areas to explore in such a vast area of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem it's almost impossible to summarize. The possibilities for adventure here are as vast as the sprawling landscape itself. Many visitors embark on guided tours to increase their chances of wildlife sightings and benefit from the guides' knowledge. For some, it's the thrill of witnessing iconic geysers erupt, a testament to the region's dynamic geothermal activity. For others, it's the serenity of hiking through pristine wilderness, where every turn reveals breathtaking vistas of mountains, forests, and cascading waterfalls. Wildlife enthusiasts can spend hours captivated by the sight of bison grazing peacefully, or perhaps, with a bit of luck, catch a glimpse of wolves, a species whose presence generates significant interest in the surrounding communities. The region's vibrant culture, deeply rooted in the traditions of over 49 Indigenous Tribes, offers a unique perspective on the land and its history.
