We are open for winter adventures - no toilet, shower or running water when winterized.

NO SMOKING- smoking inside the camper is strictly prohibited. A smoke detector is installed. A cleaning fee of up to $250/days will be charged for any smoking.
Propane tanks-Do not trade propane tank-refill only. A $100 fee per tank will apply for replacements.
Hitch setup-Do not adjust or damage the hitch without written consent. Unauthorized adjustments will result in a $300 penalty fee.
Keep it Tidy-No muddy shoes inside. Outdoor run is provided. Use RV safe toilet paper only (provided). Please return the camper clean.
Reporting Damage-We understand accidents happen. Please report any damage promptly.
