• Super important do not book this camper if you intend to tow with a small SUV OR SMALLER PICKUP. You will ruin your transmission. Do book this RV if you intend to Tow with a Well Equipped Half ton Series/Full Size Truck. You must have your own Brake Controller installed. I will require it for Approval of the booking for your family’s safety.
• Do not ever Leave a Pet in the Camper unattended, unless you are on Full hookups. This required to run Air Conditioning.
• Do not Cook in the RV without opening Windows or at the minimum the Ceiling Vent and Fan. Carbon Monoxide poisoning is a possibility if you fail to do so.
• When leaving the Camper unattended for 1 hour or more PLEASE TURN THE MAIN WATER OFF. Always use the Water pressure regulator that is provided.
• Super important do not book this camper if you intend to tow with a small SUV OR SMALLER PICKUP. You will ruin your transmission.
