Very clean trailer with one slide out. It can sleep 8 comfortably, but two kids could fit on each bunk, making it sleep 10. The trailer has air conditioning and heat. It is provided with sheets for the queen sofa bed, two comforters, and pillows. The dinette and sofa convert to beds, and there are bunk beds.Full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Comes stocked with towels and hand towels for bathroom and kitchen. Also comes stocked with toilet paper and hand soap.
The kitchen is fully stocked with paper towels, paper plates, plastic utinsels, plastic cups, paper bowls, napkins, cookware, cooking utinsels, coffee maker & coffee filters, spices, and much more.Kitchen has pantry, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, and gas-top range.
There is a TV/DVD and stereo with speakers inside and outside of the trailer. There are LED lights on the outside of the trailer, along with outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen (mini fridge, gas-top range, and sink.). Trailer has automatic awning, as well.The trailer also comes with a couple family games, deck of cards, outdoor patio rug, and camp chairs.
Generator - Option available.
Hitch is anti-sway.Full $500 deposit refunded upon return of a fully cleaned (inside), dumped, and undamaged RV.
No smoking in unit.
