Our camper comfortably sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children using the bunks and sofa bed conversion.If you are bringing your furry family members you will find food and water bowls and a leash to anchor to the trailer to keep them safe and secure on the campsite.Our lightweight camper can be towed by most SUV's and trucks. The weight of the empty trailer weighs in around 4000lbs dry. This unique model has plenty of living space for it's size during the day with it's great murphy bed setup. During the day you have 2 spacious, comfortable sofas to relax on. When it's time to retire for the day, simply fold down the queen size murphy bed and enjoy a queen sized bed. The bed has been replaced with a very comfortable residential memory foam mattress for an extra comfortable night sleep.This trailer also offers bunk beds with plenty of room for children or an adult. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. Kitchen boasts a full sized RV refrigerator and freezer that runs off off gas if you're traveling off the grid. 13,500 BTU AC unit keeps this camper very cool and comfortable on the hot summer days and nights along with a great gas heater for the cooler nights while camping.Outside you will find a large 10’ power awning with LED lights.Our camper is equipped with a solar package to help keep the batteries charged off the grid at no charge. A generator is also available for rent.The cleaning and prep fee includes full cleaning and disinfection prior to your trip as well as propane use for your trip.Our camper is strictly no smoking. What's includedEvery rental will also enjoy skewers for marshmallow roasting, use of camping chairs, and more!
