Delivery within 100mi radius available upon request (We can exceed a few miles above 100 miles if you have a special request ) Please if you need delivery make sure to add it on your booking request. If you need delivery during weekdays please do not hesitate to request we might be able to help you depending on the time of delivery
Prices will be as follow:
~~~Deliver @ 150 dlls plus 3.5 per mile or minimum of $250 which ever is grater, this fee includes delivery, hookup and Pick up.
RULES FOR RENTER THAT WILL PICK UP OUR UNIT:
~~~PLEASE NOTE: For all the renters that are picking up our trailer : before returning our Unit; make sure to empty the black, gray and white water completely and please flush the toilet for about 3 to 5 mins minutes with water and rv septic treatment* until tanks get rid of the black water, make sure all the dirty water went out to avoid bad smell on the future, thank you very much for your collaboration :)
***RV Septic Treament included please ask for it.

NO SMOKING, this is a family Unit and we want to keep it nice and clean for our next guesses do not smoke in side or close to our Unit to avoid excessive charges fees. Please keep pets away from furniture to avoid damages and avoid additional fees.
PLEASE NOTE: before checking out, our Unit needs to be empty, no trash, personal items, all dishes need to be washed, degrease stove,. Minimum $80 dlls for basic cleaning fee (this fee to wipe out or disinfecting bacteria to avoid virus to spread out, we will deeply clean all the areas and traffic
