Our toy hauler/ trailer is the perfect home away from home! It sleeps 4-5 comfortably. There is a queen bedroom with 2 large closets and above/ below bed storage. The back couches are single beds or can be converted to a large king size bed with large storage cabinets above. The back ramp can be converted into a lovely fenced deck/ play area. The back can hold all your toys including dirt bikes or even a golf cart! The camper requires 30 amp service and provides water, power, sewage and cable/ Wi-Fi tv in the living room area. The camper has a large power awning with built in speakers and lights. There is an outdoor shower and underside storage areas. The kitchen/living area provides stainless steel appliances and a very large freezer/refrigerator. Features include a tv/ Bluetooth hookups for indoor and outdoor use. There is also a digital thermostat for heat/ac and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for your morning coffee to evening grilling. We’ve included a stovetop outdoor gas grill that attaches to the trailers outdoor gas hookups. Propane must be refilled. NO smoking inside! You just empty the gray/ black water tanks. What's includedFresh linens, cutlery and kitchen amenities all provided. Towels and camping chairs can be provided upon request for an additional $20 fee.
