Driving & Safety Only approved drivers may operate the RV. No speeding, off-roading, or driving on unpaved/unsafe roads. Always obey traffic laws and be mindful of height/clearance restrictions. RV is 12 feet high! Mileage & Fuel RV must be returned with a full gas tank. Excess mileage charges may apply (see listing for limits). Propane & Tanks Fresh water and propane are provided at departure. Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return unless prepaid dump service is added. Interior Care No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the RV. Keep food prep and eating to kitchen/dining areas when possible. Pets allowed only if declared and approved in advance. Appliances & Systems Use generator, A/C, and heat responsibly. Never run A/C, heat, or generator while unattended for long periods. Awning is for shade only—retract during wind, rain, or when away. Add-Ons (Kayaks, E-bikes, etc.) Handle with care; renter is responsible for loss or damage. Return gear clean and ready for the next guest. Return Condition Return RV in clean condition (dishes washed, trash removed, floors swept). Linens may be left in shower stall. Undue mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. Respect the RV Treat it as if it were your own—this is a brand-new 2024 Class C. Report any issues promptly so we can address them quickly.
