We have only 1 of this model available for delivery only. This is a 2021. It Sleeps 6 comfortably, up to 8 max depending on the size of the occupants. This is a 29 foot trailer with 1 slide out. It has a private master bedroom with a Queen size bed. 2 full size bunk beds in the rear, TV with Hdmi ports, A/C and furnace, electric awning, microwave. The refrigerator operates off of propane or electric. Propane is included, but you will need a generator if you are in a non-hookup site.This trailer holds 60 gallons of fresh water. 2 grey water holding tanks for a total of 78 gallons & 1 black holding tank of 38 gallons. This unit has an outdoor kitchen!Our trailers come with essential kitchen items such as a pot, pan and coffee maker, but they do NOT include: pillows, linens, towels, plates, bowls, cups or utensils. Rules and policies
There is NO SMOKING in any of the Trailers. If the Trailer is returned with any kind of smoking odor, it will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit plus any additional charges incurred in cleaning and or repair.
No climbing on the roof of the trailer.
Limited Supplies: Each trailer rental comes with different supply capacities, check the specs on the one you have rented. It is your responsibility to ensure that these resources last your entire rental period. We will not provide customers additional water, holding tank capacity, propane, or batteries during their rental period.
The trailer needs to be returned in similar condition as when delivered. If damages occur or the trailer is left dirty, fees will be charged.
If an issue comes up, or something is not working properly please notify us as soon as possible so that we can address the issue. No refunds are made due to an item not working properly, IE TV/DVD, radio etc.
