Have a question?Get answers directly from the host
Q.Can I take the van off-roading?
A.
No. We request that you stay on paved roads or well-graded and well-cleared forest service roads. We cannot be responsible for towing or damage if you do take these vans off road. Your van has 24-hour roadside assistance to help in these situations, but the cost will be yours to bear. As an example- if you are stuck on a forest service road (where roadside assistance does not cover you) towing could be up to $1500.
Q.Can I smoke in the van?
A.
No smoking in the vans. At the discretion of the host, a $150 cleaning fee will be added if the van is returned smelling as though it has been smoked in. This includes cigarettes, vapes, marijuana.
