• No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV. No roof access. Do not climb the rear ladder or place anything on the roof. No towing trailers or vehicles without prior written approval. No off-road driving or travel on roads not suitable for a 33-foot motorhome. The awning must be retracted whenever the RV is unattended and during wind, rain, or storms. Renter is responsible for damage caused by improper awning use. Return the RV with the fuel level at or above the departure level. If returned low, fuel and a refueling service charge may apply. Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return unless Tank Dump Service was purchased. Propane is provided for normal RV use. Do not disconnect, modify, or attach anything to the propane system. Excessive propane use may result in a refill charge. Only approved drivers may operate the RV. All passengers must use available seat belts while the vehicle is moving. No pets, festivals, tailgating, or large events unless specifically approved in writing. Please report any accident, warning light, mechanical issue, water leak, damage, or other problem as soon as it occurs. Do not attempt repairs or modifications without owner approval. Keep the RV reasonably clean and return all provided equipment, hoses, cords, kitchenware, and accessories. Most importantly: when in doubt about operating something, contact us before forcing, moving, or attempting to repair it.
