Plenty of sleeping for the whole family with a front bedroom with a queen bed. A rear bedroom with 2 twin beds and a couch that folds into a twin. A living room with a couch that folds into a twin. Front queen and 2 back bedroom beds all come with memory foam toppers. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, big sink and a fridge/freezer. Outdoor awning with LED light. Comes with propane tank. Choose to pick it up and tow it yourself or have me drop it off and set it up for you for a fee. Many busy people or retired couples love the outdoors but don’t want to deal with setting up or packing up camp, so allow me to do it for you. Get out there and enjoy the outdoors in this brand new travel trailer.Pick up time is 9:00 am
Drop off time is 12:00 pmSites Musr BE Semi Level.
You are responsible for knowing the park requirements for maximum trailer length.
Sites must have at least 30 amp power.
May be responsible for new batteries if they get drained all the way by dry camping without power. Unit has 1 AC so please take into consideration that if it’s over 100 degrees travel trailers roughly cool 20 degrees lower then the outside temperature due to the thin walls and roof unless you have 2-3 AC units.Please keep in mind this is camping and not a hotel. Conditions vary. Power at campsites fluctuate or are weaker at the end of the line. Camping spots may not always be wide enough. We will do our best to accommodate you with the circumstances and sites you are given.Absolutely NO Wipes Allowed.
