Cleaning and Return Condition Policy Guests are expected to return the camper in clean and tidy condition Required before checkout All trash removed Dishes washed and put away Spills wiped up Personal items removed Not required Deep cleaning Sanitizing Laundry if bedding package is selected Excessive Cleaning Policy If the camper is returned with excessive dirt stains trash or odors an additional cleaning fee will be charged Examples include Heavy mud sand or debris inside Food left behind or strong odors Pet hair or damage beyond normal use Unclean bathroom or waste left in tanks Pet Cleaning if applicable Pets must be approved Excess pet hair stains or odors may result in additional cleaning charges Optional Upgrade Guests may select our Cleaning Upgrade Add On to reduce checkout responsibilities Fee Schedule Cleaning Standard cleaning is included with prep fee Excessive cleaning: $100–$250 Smoking / Odor Violations Smoking or vaping inside: $250 minimum Pet Fees Approved pets only Pet fee: $50–$75 per trip Damage or excessive hair/odor: additional $50–$150 Tanks & Waste Dump fee (if not emptied): $100 Severe misuse (clogs, improper items): $150+ Mileage Overage $0.39 per mile over included mileage Generator Use Over included usage: $3–$5 per hour Excessive or improper use: additional charges may apply Late Return $50 per hour late (up to nightly rate) After 3 hours: may be charged an additional full night Fuel / Propane Propane must be returned at same level Refill fee: $30 Delivery Issues Incorrect address or inaccessible site: $75–$150 Required relocation due to error: additional mileage fees apply Damage Fees (Common Items) Awning damage: $500–$1,500 Tire replacement: $150–$300 per tire Interior damage (furniture, flooring, fixtures): varies by cost Lost keys: $50–$100 Missing Items Item replacement cost + $25 service fee Lockout / Service Calls Lockout or on-site support due to user error: $75–$150
