Renter is responsible for paying any campground reservation fees on their own.Other things to notePlease be respectful and treat our little trailer as if it were your own. Absolutely no smoking inside the trailer. Entire security deposit will be kept if camper is smoked in.All surfaces are wiped clean and disinfected. All linens are washed upon return to us. If you choose to use the provided dishes we do ask that you please rinse your dishes clean after use and we will run them through the dishwasher after.

5Jonathan was quick to answer any questions I had before my trip, and was timely for drop-off and pick-up. He was friendly and thorough. My campground didn't have water or electricity hookups, so I wasn't able to take advantage of the awesome oversized fridge or air conditioner, but it was great to have a bathroom and sink with plenty of fresh water for hand washing! He hooked up solar panels for us, and does offer a generator as an add-on. The trailer was fully stocked with dishware, included a table that can be used inside or outside, and had a really comfortable bed. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this trailer to a couple or small family!
