Excessive mud, sand, or glitter (yes, glitter) will result in a cleaning fee that nobody wants. Love the van, like your grandma: Please treat it with respect. Any dents or scratches that weren’t there when you picked it up will result in insurance claims, and that’s no fun. Lost and found: If you leave something behind, we’ll do our best to find it.
