• Absolutely NO smoking of any kind. This will result in a smoking fee in addition to your security deposit not being returned.
• NO cats. Dogs accepted with our approval and pet deposit upon booking. If a pet is present during your stay without our knowledge beforehand, your security deposit will not be returned to you.
• Do not remove the waterproof mattress protectors.
• Bring in awning when not within immediate distance of camper. Damage to awning will result in a fee on top of your security deposit.
• Do not over extend awning. Again, damage to awning will result in a damage fee.
• Do not flush anything but human waste and provided toilet paper down toilet.
• Do not put anything but water down kitchen sink.
• If you do not have full sewer hook ups during your rental period, we do require a $50 fee to have black water tank dumped and flushed by a professional after your stay. This is to ensure sanitation and clean use for all guests.
• A list of where items are located within the camper will be provided, and a checklist to complete before departure.
• We provide guests with our personal phone numbers during your stay just in case you have questions or need any assistance.
