Do not rent from this couple. They claimed they were selling the trailer listed and would give me theirs. Their trailer was delivered but they lied and said both gas tanks were full when one was just about empty, forcing me to change it myself in the middle of my trip. The camper was also extremely dirty. I found out a bit later that they decided to rent the trailer listed to my relative (off of Outdoorsy). They lied to her as well, saying the tank to the toilet was empty. But after one day the entire tank was full. After countless attempts to contact the owner, my aunt had to take time out of her trip to empty it herself. The couple is now texting both of us, claiming I (who paid them a ton on Outdoorsy) did not pay my pickup and drop-off fee. They are also making threats like "Good luck renting another camper...you left flies in ours." which is 100% false. Bottom line, this couple is extremely unprofessional, lazy and vicious. Please avoid them at all costs.

It was great renting from Sharon, she was very responsive (and quick to respond to any questions). The setup was very good, with minor technical difficulties but all resolved before owners left me with the rental. I am a novice to RVing and am a big guy 6’ 250 and was sharing RV with someone even taller so I opted for “table bed” for my size was not very comfortable (especially for a week straight). I also was not aware we only had ability to use a total of 50 Gallons of water for 8-days, I did know it had a 50 gallon water tank but I thought you could add more when that was empty which is my novice mistake but would be helpful if that was made clear up front to educate the person looking who may be just like me and not know. Luckily with a minimalist to the max effort the RV made it until the end with water! So yay! I would rent an RV/trailer again in the future and if for just myself or a couple this one would be good!

Best trip ever!! The camper had everything one could need. The owners were very quick with communication. I look forward to renting with them again.

Al and Sharon were great to work with. They delivered and picked up their RV and arrived timely for set up and take down. They were patient with our questions. The RV was fully equipped with everything we needed and more to allow us to join our son and his family on a camping trip.
