Separate half bath. 3 seat comfortable sofa with the two sides having electronic recliner and facing the TV and the fireplace. Dinette, which can be converted to a bed for 2. Over the driver's seat an electronic drop in bed holding up 500 pounds and can fit 2-3 kids or 2 adults comfortably.Rig is like new and equipped with Dish satellite. Lots of storage.Easy to drive with side and backup cameras. The rig is 36'9" long.We deep clean and disinfect our RV before you get it. Due to current Covid-19 situation, we do not provide linens or towels to keep everyone safe. With renting our RV you agree that you will not hold us liable for any health issues you may get.This is our family rig, therefore we ask you to take care of it like it would be yours. This also means that we ask all renters to have previous RV experience with 35 feet or longer rigs.Your are welcome to bring your pet on board, but please select the add-on for that. Maximum 2 pets allowed and pets can't weight more than 100 lbs jointly. Please note, that if there is any stain, damage, dirt by your pet, we will deduct at least $500 from the security deposit.Absolutely no smoking please.What's includedDue to COVID-19, please bring your lines. Camping table and two bench included, cookware, utensils, drying rack.Other things to noteThis RV is only permitted to use in USA only. Absolutely no smoking allowed. Only drivers with prior experience driving 35 feet or longer are allowed to book. No towing.Minimum 4 night booking. 100 miles per day and 4 hours generator use per day included in the reservation price.Not available for festivals, Burning Men, tailgating. Drivers must be at least 25 years old.
