• The RV must be returned in the same condition as received, with a full tank of gas, clean, and free of personal belongings. Customers are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning fees.
• All renters must provide proof of insurance or purchase a rental insurance policy through the company. They are liable for any damages, theft, or accidents not covered by insurance.
• No Climbing or Walking on roof!
• Pets are only allowed with prior approval and may incur additional fees. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV.
• Skyline Outdoors is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings left inside the RV. Renters should remove all personal items upon return.
• Renters must comply with all campground and local laws. Failure to do so may result in termination of the rental with no refund issued.
• all renters will be held to Virginia state laws mainly including "§ 18.2-151.1. Injuring, destroying, removing, or tampering with firefighting equipment; penalty." any tampering of the smoke alarm system onboard will immediately notify us and we will take it as an emergency and immediately call 911. if it is a "False Alarm" charges will be pressed against renter for full damages.
