Rules and policies
• Early pick-up or late return may be available for an additional fee ($75) and must be arranged in advance. Late returns without prior approval may incur additional charges.
• RV Renters are expected to remove all trash, wash used dishes, wipe down surfaces, return the RV in tidy condition.
• Pets are welcome with applicable pet fee and pet owners agree to not leave pets unattended inside the RV, keep pets off furniture unless using covers, clean up all waste.
• No Smoking/No Recreational Drug use: this will result in a significant cleaning fee of $400 and forfeiture of deposit.
• Fuel & Propane: RV must be returned with the same fuel and propane levels as received. If not, refill charges will be applied.
• For trips 7+ days OR over 1,500 miles: additional miles are
$0.50 per mile.
• Trips over 1,000 miles: 7-night minimum
• For extended road trips, mileage packages are available—please inquire so we can set you up for a smooth and predictable trip.
• Renters are responsible for all tolls incurred during their trip. Any toll charges received after the rental period will be billed to the renter accordingly.
• Tanks: grey and black tanks must be emptied. Failure to empty tanks will result in a service fee. Never flush feminine hygiene products, diapers, or any other non-biodegradable items down your RV toilet or sink.
• Occupancy and Safety: no roof access is permitted, no off-roading or prohibited terrain use. Follow all traffic laws, maximum passengers/seatbelts installed.
• Damage & Responsibility: renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear; tolls, traffic violations, and fines during rental period.
• Report any damage immediately.
• Our Goal: we aim to provide a clean, safe, and relaxing RV experience. Clear communication ensures a smooth rental for everyone. If you treat our RV like your own, you will have a wonderful experience.
