Our goal is to help other families make wonderful memories like we are doing with our kids and grandkids. We grew tired of vacations in hotels and longed for the fresh outdoors instead. We just purchased this brand new trailer which is best suited for a couple with 3 or 4 children. There is a separate bunk house with half bath and television that will sleep multiple children and is separate from the rest of the unit so parents can have their own quiet time as well.We provide personal one on one service/training as opposed to some of the large commercial dealers. We are in the Tampa/Brandon area and if delivery is requested, service up to a 75 mile radius of our location.We want others to enjoy camping and most importantly, the beautiful parts of this country that made it what it is today. From Florida beaches and Key West to the mountains of the Tennessee or the numerous historical tourist venues in the mid-west, there are lots of places to visit and sleep under the stars, escaping from the mundane and predictable lives we lead. Many right here in the mid-central area of Florida.Our motto is: "The best part of memories is making them!"

- Prep fee: A$116.25. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. All linens are washed and sanitized, all surfaces cleaned and disinfected and all tanks flushed and cleaned.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Due to current economic factors, we have limited delivery distances and scheduling availability. We will do what we can, when possible, to accommodate your needs and requests, therefore, we are open to questions and will search for opportunities to assist when we can. We will be honest and forthcoming with our answers.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We recommend "full hookup" sites which have 50 amp electrical connections, city water and sanitary sewers at each site for your vacation. Many sites do not have sewer which will limit the number of days you can relax without having to dump the sewage tanks. Depending on your family size and availability of campground showers and bathrooms, the length of time you can go without dumping tanks is limited. If you are experienced, we can supply you with the necessary tools to do so yourself.
Q.Can someone else be there to sign for the delivery of the RV?
A.
Yes and No. If that person is a verified driver on the contract, Yes. If not, No.
Q.How long does it take to get set up?
A.
On an average, anywhere from 30 mins to an hour, depending on the site and the location of the hookups. But, we request that you allot a half hour to an hour for the orientation, if you are new to rv'ing, so we can show you how the systems operate and go over the checklist.
