Cruise in-style with this Thor Motor home! Before departure your coach will be serviced, sanitized, clean, and full of fresh water and empty holding tanks. With Less than 5,000 miles on engine, 150 hours on Generator, new tires and new batteries, you will sleep well knowing you're vacation will have no mechanical issues whatsoever!!!Front cockpit chairs swivel for extra seating and can access the removable table in between the two front seats. The electric drop down queen bed over the cab area is perfect for 1-2 sleeping and storage units. The soft dual leather theater chairs are great for relaxing, reclining and taking a snooze. Kitchen nicely equipped with an refrigerator with freezer, a convection microwave, 3 burner stove top, Stainless steel sink, beautiful counter tops and plenty of storage space. The enclosed private bathroom in hallway has vanity and latrine and large stand-up enclosed shower. Master suite offers an extremely comfortable King Size master bed with Cool TOP memory foam for 2 adults and plenty of space with cabinets, wardrobe and drawers, a stereo system w/blue-tooth, a USB charging station and a nice 42" Hdtv.Exterior 24' electric automatic awning system provides a shady, comfortable outdoor lounge area with an exterior 32" Hdtv and a custom outdoor kitchen with a small refrigerator to keep your drinks cold and easily accessible, a gas grill with easy LP connection for all your grilling needs and a sink to wash up with storage for your supplies. Coach has all the necessary wiring cable hook-ups and supplies. Rules and policies
Minimum Rental Period: There is a 3 night (4 day) minimum requirement for all RV rentals. There is a 4 night (5 day) minimum for all holidays and special event rentals.
Security Deposit: The Security Deposit is totally refundable if the unit is returned clean, filled with the same amount of fuel as when it left the lot and undamaged. Security Deposit refunds are not immediate... the normal refund period is 10-15 working days. If the unit is returned damaged the security deposit is held until the damages can be assessed and repaired. The Security Deposit of $500 will be held on the rental customers credit card.
Substitution Policy: RVDVR reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value, or we will refund your $500 down payment due to unavailability of the original or like vehicle.
Fuel: RVDVR will assess a $25.00 refueling fee in addition to the cost of fuel for RV's that are not returned with the same amount of fuel as when the unit left our lot.
Cleanliness: Rentals should be returned on time, generally straightened up (remove trash and debris), without damage to the interior or exterior. Renters are required to dump the RV holding tanks, fill the propane (except in certain cases), and sanitize the unit if pets are present. RV's that are returned damaged will be charged according to market rates to repair unit. RV's that are returned "trashed" (garbage, dirt clods, stains, etc.) will be charged a excessive cleaning or repair fee starting at $75.00 per hr. Owner reserves the right to refuse service to guests who do not respect these simple guidelines.
Trailer Towing: Is allowed with prior approval and under the following conditions: Renter must complete a release form and an authorized trailer company must check out the hookups. Owner is not responsible for damages to any trailered or towed vehicles or items. Certain weight restrictions do apply and damage to the motor home by overloading are the renter's direct responsibility
