This 2022 Fuel Toy Hauler provides so much joy for my family as we spend time together in the outdoors. It has a furnace, water heater {electric and gas}, onboard generator in an external sealed compartment with exhaust, a 30 gallon gasoline tank that has its own fill pump and nozzle. The garage has an electric queen size loft bed and two couches that can form into a second queen size bed, 2 reclining swivel chairs, 42 inch TV with interior/exterior surround sound/ bluetooth, full size microwave, refrigerator, 3 burner stove and oven and an outdoor griddle kitchen with mini fridge. The main bedroom is a slide-out with plenty of room and has a king size/super comfortable mattress (just perfect for a restful night after a day of exploring). Our toy hauler has everything you need on your next adventure.*Delivery Time : 3pm or depends on location. Pick Up will be 10am at most Campsite check out Time. send us a message and we can discuss time. And if you choose ADD ON Set up and Breakdown, It will take about 2hrs to get everything set up and hooked up inside out. That means you don't have to do anything, just start camping!
Expect at least 30-40 mins walkthrough.*If it's not a full service site and you select ADD ON Set up and Breakdown, Black/Grey Water dumping fee On Site will be $75, If dumping Station is not available On site FEE will be $150. (only at pick up time)*Gas tank comes with free 3gal of gas. If you will be using the onboard generator, you get 3hrs a day of use and anything over is $3 per hr. Renter is responsible for gas if needed to use more or we can fill it up as an ADD ON for $150 (30gal).What's includedWe will provide basic needs like: fresh linens for 3 beds, blankets, 6 pillows (all have protective covers) with pillowcases, 4 fresh towels, hand towels, bath mat, clothes hangers, hand soap, dish soap and sponge, cleaning supplies, trash bags, RV safe toilet paper, paper towel, paper plates, plastic cups, coffee mugs, utensils, chopping board, cookie sheet, small pots and pans, kitchen/dish towels, Small kitchen appliances like: Keurig, rice cooker and air fryer. Renters are responsible if needed more than what provided.RecommendationsOne of our favorite spot is Greenbrier Campground in Gatlinburg, TN. Riverside site is the best, we put down the porch and we just enjoy the nature. Other one is Barefoot Landing in Myrtle Beach, it is newer but really nice and clean. Also close to everything and the beach. Disney Campground is the kids Favorite.Other things to note*Pet is welcome, Renters is responsible for any pet damage
*Please no smoking inside the camper of any kind

*All dishes must be washed
*Put all used and dirty linens and towels on a provided laundry hamper
*No climbing on the roof
