The van is clean, well-maintained, and sleeps 2 people and a dog comfortably. The bed is comfortable, but the fridge had a known recall issue. The shower is cramped.

5.0Great experience with our first time renting a camper van with Basecamp. We had a week long road trip with the van. Everything was clean and made our trip more enjoyable. Despite its length, the van is very maneuverable. We comfortably slept 2 plus our dog. Arnold was extremely responsive and answered the questions I had within a few minutes. Would recommend and rent again.

5.0Arnold was very thorough during the walkthrough. Vehicle ran well and was well maintained. The campervan fridge was essentially not working but we had planned on bringing a camping fridge anyway so we used it to just basically store bread and less perishables. I understand it's a recall issue though so make sure it's in order before you book or have a good backup plan. Bed was comfortable and everything else seemed to work as it should. Shower was predictably cramped but did the job.
